I just realized I have not posted anything since the beginning of summer. Wow. It has been a busy few month. School just started up again and I started a Work Study position in the library of my school. I have been working here about three weeks and so far I really love it. This summer, we couldn't afford to really go anywhere...so no vacations or even day trips for us. The hubby was pretty disappointed he didn't get to Hershey Park yet again, but what can you do. I was hoping to be working full time over the summer, but was unable to find any work....anywhere. It was very frustrating. On a good note, we did get a pool pass to the local pool, so we at least had a place to cool off when it got hot. We also did activities through the library (including the summer reading thing), a free movie down town (The Hunger Games), took the kids to several movies at the local movie theater. Punk got to see the new Transformers movie and X-Men: Days of Future Past. Twinkle went to see Maleficent and How to Train your dragon 2 and Bubba got to see How to train your dragon 2. We also hung out at a small local community center that had opened.
